Shipping Policy

This page explains delivery coverage, charges and support for the ACC+ online store. Before placing an order, check the available delivery options and charges shown at checkout.

1. Hong Kong coverage and delivery method

We currently offer SF Express door-to-door delivery to valid business or residential addresses on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories. Pickup points and smart lockers are not yet available.

2. Hong Kong-stage delivery charges

  • Orders below HK$600: HK$35 for the Hong Kong stage.
  • Orders of HK$600 or above: free delivery for the Hong Kong stage.

Available delivery methods and actual charges are as shown at checkout. For overseas orders, free Hong Kong-stage delivery does not include overseas last-mile shipping, import taxes or customs duties.

3. Dispatch and delivery timing

Timing depends on stock, the recipient address and carrier arrangements. Order cut-off times, weekends and public holidays may also affect the delivery date. If you need delivery by a particular date, contact customer service before ordering to check what is possible.

Include your order number when asking about dispatch or delivery progress. If you already have a carrier tracking number, use the corresponding tracking information. If tracking information is unavailable or unclear, contact customer service to check.

4. Recipient details and correction requests

Provide a complete and accurate recipient name, phone number and address at checkout. Incorrect details may cause delays or additional charges.

If you notice an error in the address or contact details, contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number and requested correction to confirm the options available at that stage. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically update the delivery details.

5. International and other regions

Markets are currently set up for Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. Delivery options for individual products and addresses are shown at checkout. Contact customer service first if you need to confirm delivery arrangements for a destination or product.

Overseas delivery is handled in two stages:

  1. Hong Kong stage: Hong Kong warehouse handling and local delivery. HK$35 for orders below HK$600; free for orders of HK$600 or above.
  2. Overseas stage and taxes: Overseas last-mile shipping, import taxes and customs duties are quoted and collected separately by the forwarding carrier later.

Use a recipient name matching the customs-clearance identification and a reachable phone number.

6. Problems on delivery

If an item is wrong, visibly damaged in transit or missing, keep the item, original packaging and shipping label, take clear photos, and contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send anything back before customer service confirms the next step.
