This information applies to the ACCPLUS online store. The delivery options and charges shown at checkout are final.

Hong Kong delivery

• Service area: Valid delivery addresses on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories.
• Door-to-door delivery: HK$35 when the merchandise subtotal is below HK$500.
• Free-delivery threshold: Free door-to-door delivery when the merchandise subtotal is HK$500 or above.
• Carrier: SF Express door-to-door delivery is currently available. Pickup points and smart lockers are not yet available.

Actual delivery time depends on stock availability, the delivery address, order cut-off times, weekends, public holidays and carrier arrangements. Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, phone number and address at checkout; incorrect details may cause delays or additional charges.

International and other markets

International delivery is not yet available. We will add other markets in stages according to product compliance, customs requirements and logistics capability. Until a market is formally launched, the store does not accept delivery orders to addresses outside Hong Kong.

Wrong, damaged or missing items

If an item is different from your order, visibly damaged in transit or missing, keep the item, packaging and shipping label, then contact us as soon as possible through the ACCPLUS contact page with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. Please do not return anything until customer service confirms the next step.

Returns handling

Eligibility is assessed case by case based on the reason for the request, product condition, packaging integrity, hygiene and safety considerations, and applicable law. All return arrangements require prior confirmation from customer service. Nothing on this page limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.
